A multi-generational crowd of about 50 people assembled\u00a0peacefully, with small children, large puppets, and colorful signs.\u00a0Over two dozen concerned citizens spoke out against the Diablo Canyon facility<\/a> at a meeting of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) taking place inside City Hall, including veteran Bay Area activist Starhawk<\/a>.<\/p>\n
