It was pure madness - dozens of characters on stage with James Christopher (aka Richard Nixon) and KJ Sawka at the helm of a drum'n'bass multimedia explosion... A fitting tribute to Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.

Entheon Village attempted one of the most elaborate and ambitious centrally organized camps ever to exist on the Playa. I joined the breakdown crew to find out more about how this project pioneered methods of disaster relief and first-response shelters, sanitation, and nutritional programs.
Boom Festival's bi-annual gathering outside Idanha a Nova, Portugal, draws over 25,000 guests for a seven-day international celebration of music, arts, and culture. Boom raises standards for ecological sensitivity in large-scale event production, from community education to procurement and vending.
